Terms and Conditions

Trucode Academy provides in-person training at our centre in Kurnool. All classes are held offline. We do not sell courses online, do not take online payments through the website or app, and do not run online classes. The website and app are for information about our courses, sending enquiries, signing in, viewing your profile and batches, and (for staff) marking attendance.

Course details, fees, durations and batch dates shown on the website or app are for guidance and may change. The academy confirms them directly when you enrol.

• You can sign in with a mobile number and OTP, or with an email and password.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may disable an account that is misused or that we believe belongs to someone who has left the academy.

• Staff must mark only their own attendance, and only when they are actually present.
• Where the academy’s location check is on, attendance can be marked only from the academy. Faking or tampering with your location, or marking attendance for someone else, is a breach of these terms and may lead to disciplinary action.
• Student attendance is recorded by staff during classes.

You agree not to:

• try to access accounts, data or areas you are not authorised to use;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to break the security of the website, app or servers;
• submit false, abusive or misleading enquiries;
• copy, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Trucode Academy name, logo, course material, website and app content belong to Trucode Academy or its licensors. You may view them for your own personal use, but may not copy or distribute them without permission.

Course fees are agreed and paid directly with the academy at the centre, not through this website or app. Fee and refund terms are those given to you at enrolment.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We try to keep the website and app running, but they are provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors from time to time. We do not guarantee job placement or any particular outcome from our training. To the extent the law allows, Trucode Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app.

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
